When our Stitching group gets together on Monday nights, there's a lot of chatting and laughter along with our stitching. But, one of the best things is getting to see all the different projects we are working on -- and, eventually the finished projects too.
Monday night, Carol brought her completed and framed 'Grandmother' cross-stitch project. To go with all those silver charms and the frame -- silver lame' cloth was placed behind the finished cross-stitch piece -- adding a little extra sparkle that finishes off this piece very nicely. Carol said this will be displayed in her sewing room so she can enjoy seeing every day.
Sherrie has another baby quilt pieced and ready for quilting -- love those colors together.

A lastly -- I've started another knitted blankie for Baby Laney.
I know - I know -- blankies 1 & 2 are still on the needles -- but, I couldn't resist this yarn !!
I'm a sucker for variegated yarn, especially in pastels.
