This past Monday night at my 'Night Stitchers' meeting all I had to do is look around the room to to find pleasure and inspiration in all the stitching projects going on - - - -
An almost finished lap quilt Carol is making for her son. This picture does not do justice to all the Autumn colors - it is beautiful.
Jane working on the final rows of her felted bowl – love that color and can’t wait to see this after she ‘felts’ it - - - -
Wanda’s first try at ‘Disappearing 9-Patch Blocks’ – she had this sewn up while the rest of us Stitchin' Gals were busy talking. I think it looks great.
One of our members -- Sherry, had surgery earlier this week and we missed her this past Monday night. We all brought fun things to fill a basket for her enjoyment during her recuperation. Nancy made the basket -- I'm so wanting to try my hand at making one of these.
Here’s a close up on the basket – isn't it pretty ??
