What's a gardener to do with something like this sticking out of the house ??
And, it's right in the middle of my side flower garden -
How to hide this 'grey pipe/meter thingy' ???
Plant Day Lilies of course !!
Especially if you have been gifted some day lily bulbs from a dear friend.
Now, my side flower bed looks much better with flowers surrounding the 'grey piece of pipe/meter thingy'.
Maybe by next year, the lilies will be so tall you won't even notice the that I have that awful 'thingy' in my yard !
Let's hope so anyway . . .
