Just look at these yummy looking muffins. A nice crumb topping -- and a taste of cinnamon in every bite.
All you do is mix together the following:
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- and this - - - -
Hey -- I know it's not really a recipe -- but, it's one of the best boxed muffin mixes I've ever used. -- and, it certainly saved me time/effort -- and, that's a very good thing!
By the way -- while we are on the subject of 'muffins' -- here's a picture of our little 4-legged 'Muffin' -- at 18 years old, she never turns down a nice warm lap.
